 Why Relationship Astrology?

Women are shrewd and much more likely, than men, to go for counseling to figure
out their relationships or to solve problems.
With the emphasis of "science," or rather scientism, in our materialistic
culture, men are much less likely to be in tune with nature (i.e., they DON'T menstruate monthly or otherwise)
and therefore arrogantly and ignorantly deny Astrology.
Macho men, figuring that they don't need assistance from ANYONE, bottle- up
their frustrations until they explode. So, not only do men hold the record for physical violence, but they've cornered
the market on single-auto accidents (i.e., wrapping their car around a telephone pole).
One of the diverse sexual bias in western culture is that both women and men
customers want to go to women Astrologers. Over 60% of the members of Astrological organizations are women.
The Republicans and Democrats who are employed by the mega-corporations figure ways to maximize corporate profit.
Their job is NOT to make you more aware or prepared to enhance your personal wealth, unless they can profit from
it. So, Playboy, Penthouse and Hustler magazine have been stroking the macho male ego, perpetuating the myth that
while men are in control of big business, that they're, also, in control of their relationships.
WRONG.
Cosmopolitan magazine is produced by the Women's College of Sexual Warfare. (Ar-ar) Each month, women are instructed how to conduct mayhem on the male
psyche until their male capitulates and "gives" his sweet little thing what she wants. "Cosmo"
advises the gals to stifle their jealousy and let their foolish men read Playboy or Penthouse or Hustler, so that:
1) he'll get horny and "give" her what she wants, and 2) stay deluded that he's in control of his relationships
with women.
Since neither Ford, Compaq, Seiko nor Chivas Regal won't get rich if you get spiritual, you'll never find an article
in Cosmo or Playboy that knocks materialistic "values."
When getting her chart compared to the chart of the latest man she met, a woman
customer wanting a stable relationship can save herself a lot of grief by getting an Astrological reading from
someone who is, also, a happily married role-model, as Andrew Homer.
Emotionally healthy women know that the only way that they can "win" is if they let their man "win."
But the average American angry woman isn't about to let the men in her life "win." So, these women are
always ready to find their man "wrong" and to sabotage his efforts. A part of the revenge campaign of
the modern American angry woman is to keep her man in the "dark."
So, that's why these women don't want their men to talk to someone experienced
and knowledgeable, as Andrew Homer. While men need to be in control on their job, women need to be in control in
their relationships. Keeping their men "dumb" is one way to keep that control.
The few rare men who actually get a natal chart reading, also, only want to
go to a female Astrologer. Why?: 1) They're looking for motherly advice; 2) coming from a broken home, which is
all too common in modern day America, they see all other men as evil and assume all women noble and kind, as was
dear Mom; and 3) they're hoping their purchase is a package deal where a little nooky will be thrown in with their
chart reading.

Getting the Exact Birthtime

Your exact Natal Chart is dependent on the exact time of your birth. The Rising
Sign changes about every two hours. The Moon moves through the Zodiac about one degree every two hours. The EXACT
degree of your natal Moon and the EXACT degree of your natal Ascendant are two of the three most important factors
in Relationship Astrology.
So, what are you waiting for? When you order your birth certificate (from your
county's Public Health Department or your state's Department of Vital Statistics) be sure to clarify that they
send you the version the version that has your
BIRTHTIME on it.
Sun Signs Aren't Enough

You've come across those Astrological magazine articles or books that compare
Sunsign to Sunsign? Those observations may be valid for the first month after you meet someone, but
after that the emotional factor of the Moon and the desire factor of Venus come to the fore, putting the Sun as
a tertiary factor.
According to Carl Jung's statistical studies comparing 50 married couples to 50 randomly selected
pairs of charts, Jung found the Ascendant to be even a more relevant factor than the Sun's position regarding Synastry
(Relationship Astrology).

Sunsign-to-Sunsign dynamics may be relevant the first month when a couple meet,
but that's it. Let's get a little deeper than those entertainment Astrologers. The two main "yang" planets
in a chart are the Sun and Mars. The two main "yin" planets are the Moon and Venus. (Of
course the Sun and Moon aren't planets, I'm just testing you.)
Yes all of the other planets are modifiers, but these four are the main factors to analyze when
doing Synastry (comparing two charts). Ideally, your yang planets should be making a copasetic aspect (0, 120,
or 60 degrees) to the the other person's yin planets, and vice versa. The next most important points to look at
are Mercury and the Ascendant degree.
Moon Nodes & Synastry

When doing Synastry, it's amazing how often I'll find tight aspects (30 minute
orb) to a Moon Node from a planet in the other person's chart.
Unlike Carl Jung, I haven't done any statistical analysis of the charts of couples compared to the
inter-chart aspects of randomly selected charts, but I bet if Jung had included the (true) Moon Nodes in his research,
that he would have found them to be the most pertinent points in chart comparison.
Parallel Lives

for customers, try Parallels of Declination BEFORE the usual planetary aspects. Give me your feed-back.
I haven't read this anywhere in the Relationship Astrology texts, but it works great for me.
Parallel Lives, Part Two

Dear Relationship Astrologer - So, you thought I gave you too much to do when
I told you to use Parallels of Declination when comparing two charts?
You ain't seen nuthin' yet. Now, calculate ALL of the MIDPOINTS by DECLINATION. That's
right, slouch. But, when calculating, toss out the Ns and Ss. That's right. IGNORE that one planet is north while
another planet is south. Just treat them as "absolute numbers." So, 24 north and 22 south do NOT make
for 1 north, but rather 23
PERIOD.
Now, do your synastry of one partner's planets to the other partner's midpoints (as you usually do with longitude
midpoints), then vice versa. (You do that don't you?)
Sun-to-Sun Synastry

I know a lot about placement agencies and personnel departments. In Europe,
both graphology and astrology are very popular in European corporate personnel departments.
This technique I'm describing is originally intended for a sole proprietor to compare their chart with the sunrise
chart of a job applicant, so as to assess compatibility.
The popular version of Chart Comparison could be called 0 Aries-to-0 Aries Synastry. But the technique I'm describing
in this article is more appropriately described as Sun-to-Sun Synastry.
Dear Relationship Astrologers - Try this.
Part One: I'll use Marcella's chart and my chart as the example. With Marcella's Sun at 14 Pisces and my Sun at
18 Scorpio, there is a 116:33 arc between our Sun positions. Use a concentric circle chart form for two nativities.
Part Two: Now, I convert Marcella's chart so that her Sun is in the identical position
as my Sun. SUBTRACT 3 signs 26:33 from all of her planets so that it appears that Marcella's Sun is at 17scorpio55
where my natal Sun is located. (Or you could ADD 3 signs 26:33 to all of my planets, so that it looks as if my
Sun is at 14pisces28 where Marcella's natal Sun is located.)
Part Three: So, do another concentric chart that has one partner's planets realigned to the other partner's chart.
So, both of our Sun's are on the Ascendant of these two new Sunrise charts.
Using the Equal House format, I put my Sun at 17scorpio55 on the Ascendant, so then my Mars at 17sagittarius37
would be near the 2nd house cusp for this new chart.
My Pluto (originally at 16Leo33) appears to be conjunct Marcella's Mars (originally at 12sagittarius47) at our
new Midheaven.)
With this Sun-on-Sun alignment, Marcella's Jupiter at 17gemini17 would appear to be in both of our 4th house and
my Jupiter at 28:59 Sagittarius would appear to be in both of our 2nd house.
Part Four: NOW, start your synastry as you normally would, looking at inter-chart aspects.
By analysis in this Sun-to-Sun Synastry
technique, these new house positions and new inter-chart aspects reveals dynamics different from what is revealed
in the 0 Aries-to-0 Aries
technique.
